Right of withdrawal

Should you regret your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item, we will of course take it back. The right of return can only be exercised if the item is in the same condition and quantity. If the item has been taken into use, cancellation cannot take place. You may try on the jewelery, but it must not be worn. All jewelry is carefully examined upon receipt as well as dispatch. If the jewelery has been used, it will be sent back to you and you will have to pay the cost.

You should also be aware that the original packaging typically represents a value, and the original packaging must also be returned. The shipping costs associated with this will not be returned.

As a customer, you have several ways in which the right of withdrawal can be exercised. If you regret your purchase before we have sent the item, the order is most easily canceled by sending an email with order number and personal information, then we will delete the order as soon as possible.

For items purchased in our physical store, general exchange rules apply - ie. the item can be exchanged for another item otherwise a credit note will be issued.

All prices shown on the website are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and fees. Delivery to Denmark costs 39 dkk. incl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Free delivery on purchases over DKK 300.
